International accreditation

Verified 13 Oct 2026

Reviews of this school's programmes by agencies recognised by the World Federation for Medical Education. This is a quality mark awarded programme by programme and is separate from the state accreditation above, which decides whether the school may operate. Confused by the names? Accreditation explained puts state accreditation, IAAR, AAEPO, the World Directory and the ECFMG note side by side.

AgencyProgramme or scopeValidStatus

Notes: None found

Two separate systems. International accreditation by IAAR or AAEPO is a quality review by an independent agency. It does not replace the Ministry of Health's state accreditation, which this school did not apply for in 2026 and which decides whether it may enrol students. The agency's entry stays valid on its own terms until the date shown.

IAAR and AAEPO are the two agencies for Kyrgyzstan recognised by the World Federation for Medical Education. Dates are the agency registry's own; expired rows stay visible so the history is not lost. Sources:

If you will practise in India

The National Medical Commission (NMC) publishes no list of approved universities, so no school can truthfully be called "NMC approved". Its Foreign Medical Graduate Licentiate Regulations 2021 set conditions on the degree instead: at least 54 months of study, a 12-month internship at the same institution, teaching in English, and registration with the regulator of the country where you studied. Indian citizens with a foreign MBBS must then pass the FMGE (to be replaced by NExT) before they can practise in India.

  • Teaching language: not published
  • State accreditation: did not apply. This institution cannot admit new medical students; the Embassy of India's 13 July 2026 advisory applies.
  • Course length: not published years. The NMC minimum is 54 months of study plus a 12-month internship at the same institution.
  • FMGE: FMGE is an exam, not a rating of the school. This school's candidate counts per session are listed in the Exam results block below, with a link to each NBEMS report.

If you will practise in Pakistan

Since its public notice of 31 July 2026, the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC) admits only graduates of ECFMG-recognised foreign institutions to the National Registration Examination (NRE). Its older list of foreign institutions covered admissions up to 2024-25 only. To be eligible you also need at least 50 marks out of 100 in MDCAT and 60 out of 100 in FSc or equivalent.

  • ECFMG recognition: no ECFMG note found, so graduates would not meet the NRE rule
  • State accreditation: did not apply
  • NRE: The NRE is PM&DC's licensing exam for foreign graduates. PM&DC publishes results by country, not by school. December 2025, all Kyrgyz graduates: 951 of 4,256 candidates passed.

If you will practise in Bangladesh

The Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council Act 2010 lists Kyrgyzstan, all universities, in its Second Schedule of recognised foreign medical qualifications, alongside Kazakhstan, Georgia, Russia and the other post-Soviet states. Section 12 of the Act then sets the route for every degree earned abroad: the holder sits the examination the Council prescribes, is provisionally registered on passing, completes an internship of the length the Council fixes, and only then is fully registered under section 18. The Council calls the exam the Registration Qualifying Examination (RQE) and held it in April 2026, with an October 2026 sitting announced on 22 August; the internship is one year in a Bangladeshi medical college, allocated by the Council.

  • State accreditation: did not apply
  • Kyrgyzstan (all universities) is in the Second Schedule of the BM&DC Act 2010, so no school-level recognition step applies beyond the 2026 state accreditation; section 12(3) still requires the degree to be recognised by the Kyrgyz regulator, which a school that lost its licence cannot give.
  • RQE: BM&DC's Registration Qualifying Examination is held in April and October; results are published as lists of roll numbers, not by school.

Being verified BM&DC's website sits behind a bot check, so its notices, the RQE requirements sheet and the eligibility page could be read only in part. The Act and its schedule were read in full on the Ministry of Law's site; the exam dates, the Tk 8,000 (USD 65) processing fee, the attestation rule and the one-year internship come from the Council's own notices as indexed and from press reports quoting the Council's registrar. We will replace them with the Council's text when we can read it.

If you will practise in Egypt

Three bodies are involved. The Supreme Council of Universities (SCU) grants the academic equivalence (mu'adala) of a foreign degree, and it does so only for universities on its recognised list. Registration with the Egyptian Medical Syndicate requires that equivalence, under the 2019 amendment to the syndicate law. To practise you then sit the Egyptian Medical Licensing Examination (EMLE); candidates from a non-Egyptian institution must show the SCU recognises it. Graduates of a five-year programme do a year more of mandatory training than graduates of six-year programmes.

  • State accreditation: did not apply
  • Course length: not published years. In Egypt the mandatory training period is one year longer for graduates of five-year programmes.
  • Whether this school is on the SCU recognised list is not something we have checked. Ask the school for its SCU reference and verify it with the Council.
  • EMLE: The Egyptian Medical Licensing Examination is the licensing exam, run under the Ministry of Health. Results are not published by school.

Being verified Rules summarised from secondary sources and the syndicate law; the official SCU and syndicate pages are still to be checked.

If you will practise in Morocco

A foreign medical degree must first receive equivalence (équivalence) from the Ministry of Higher Education, which decides after an opinion from the Ministry of Health. The commission can grant full equivalence, partial equivalence with extra training or a hospital placement, or refuse. Graduates of universities outside Europe are the ones most often asked for validation tests and a placement. The Ordre national des médecins requires the equivalence attestation before it registers you, and the file takes months. Law 33-21 of 2021 eased the equivalence requirement for some Moroccan doctors trained abroad; whether it applies to you is a question for the Ordre.

  • State accreditation: did not apply
  • Which Kyrgyz degrees have received Moroccan equivalence, and on what conditions, is not published in a form we can check. Ask the school for the names of Moroccan graduates who obtained equivalence, and ask the Ordre directly.

Being verified Summarised from Moroccan guides for graduates abroad; we have not found an official text setting a single national exam for foreign-trained doctors. Verify with enssup.gov.ma and the Ordre national des médecins.

If you will practise in Kazakhstan

A foreign medical diploma must first pass recognition (nostrification) through the national ENIC centre, applied for at a public service centre; for medical documents the centre brings in experts named by the health ministry to assess the programme against Kazakhstan's requirements. Only after recognition can a graduate apply for the specialist certification in health care run under the Ministry of Health's rules, which is what allows practice. Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Belarus have an agreement on mutual recognition of education documents, but for doctors the recognition and certification steps still apply.

  • State accreditation: did not apply
  • Whether a given Kyrgyz programme passes the expert assessment is decided case by case; ask the centre and the Ministry of Health before enrolling, and keep every transcript and syllabus.

Being verified Summarised from the recognition rules and the certification rules on adilet.zan.kz and ENIC-Kazakhstan's guidance; the current editions should be checked before relying on them.

Open to see whether this school clears the five gates, each with a link to the register

A small number of graduates try to practise in a Western country after their degree, usually after first getting licensed at home. Every one of these routes is long, costs thousands of dollars in exams and tests after the degree, and depends on a visa. The part that depends on the school is the same five facts for all of them.

United States

ECFMG certification first: a degree from a school with an ECFMG note, USMLE Step 1, Step 2 CK, and an English test, then a residency place through the Match on a visa. Since late 2024 ECFMG also reports to residency programmes whether the school is accredited by a WFME-recognised agency; that is a notation, not a bar to certification. International graduates win residency places far less often than US graduates, and without a residency there is no licence.

ECFMG: Recognized Accreditation Policy (Nov 2024) · ECFMG certification requirements

Canada

The Medical Council of Canada accepts a degree only from a school that was listed in the World Directory when the student graduated and whose listing carries a Canada Sponsor Note for those graduation years; that note is separate from the ECFMG note and is the fifth gate above. Then source verification of the diploma through the MCC, the MCCQE written exam, the NAC clinical exam, and a residency place through the CaRMS match, where international graduates compete for a small quota of positions, often with a return-of-service obligation. Each province licenses separately.

Medical Council of Canada: acceptable medical schools and degrees · Medical Council of Canada: CaRMS and MCC exams

United Kingdom

The GMC accepts an overseas degree only if the awarding school is in the World Directory and the degree title, length and awarding body match the listing, the degree gives the right to practise and do an internship in Kyrgyzstan, and the course met the GMC's content and hours criteria. Then an English test, the PLAB exams (being replaced by the UK Medical Licensing Assessment), GMC registration and a sponsored job. The GMC warns that its criteria change and a qualification accepted today may not stay accepted.

Australia

The Standard pathway: a primary degree from a school recognised by both the AMC and the World Directory, verification of the degree through ECFMG, the AMC written exam (CAT MCQ), then the AMC clinical exam or a workplace-based assessment with few places, provisional registration and 12 months of supervised practice before general registration. An English test is required throughout.

Medical Board of Australia: Standard pathway

European Union (Germany as the example)

There is no EU-wide rule for a non-EU medical degree; each country decides. In Germany the state authority reviews the degree for equivalence with a German one; non-EU degrees are usually found only partly equivalent, so the applicant sits the Kenntnisprüfung, a clinical knowledge exam, after the Fachsprachprüfung, a medical German exam at roughly C1 level, before receiving the Approbation. Procedures differ by state and typically take one to two years. Ireland, France, the Nordic countries and the rest each run their own procedure.

FMGE results for this school, as counts

Verified 13 Oct 2026

FMGE is the exam Indian citizens with a foreign medical degree must pass to practise in India. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) publishes candidate and pass counts by institution. These are counts for this school, not a rating.

Counts are read from copies of the NBEMS institution-wise reports whose Kyrgyz rows sum to the official country totals; the NBEMS PDFs are the primary source.
