For universities: how to correct your entry
This site lists all 34 institutions that train doctors in Kyrgyzstan and is run independently of every one of them. If a figure on your page is wrong or out of date, this page says what to send, from where, and what happens to it. We change data on evidence, never on request, and we publish the outcome either way.
What your page shows, and where each figure comes from
Each school page shows the Ministry of Health's 2026 state accreditation result, the programmes in that decision, tuition per year with its source type, international accreditation entries with their validity dates, the World Directory entry and its ECFMG note, the admissions office's contact details, hostel facts, and FMGE candidate counts per session as counts only. The methodology page lists the source for every field and how a missing figure is treated. Fees marked "estimate" are shown because the university publishes no official figure; an official fee letter or tariff replaces the estimate at once.
What counts as evidence
- State accreditation
- The Ministry's certificate or order, with its date and term. The result itself comes from the Ministry's decision of 29 May 2026; we do not change it on a university's word.
- Fees
- A rector's order, tariff or fee letter for foreign students, per year, with the academic year it applies to. A page on the university's own website counts; a figure from a recruiter does not.
- International accreditation
- The IAAR or AAEPO certificate or the entry in the agency's register, with programme and dates. We read the register ourselves.
- World Directory and ECFMG
- We read the World Directory entry and its Sponsor Notes tab directly. If your entry is wrong, the correction has to be made there; tell us and we re-read it.
- Contacts, hostel, clinic
- The office's own details (an office, never a named person), a hostel tariff, a page on the university's site. Phone numbers that exist only on agent sites are not recorded.
- Photos and logos
- A campus photograph the university owns, with written permission to use it credited to the university, or a logo file. No stock images, no pictures of people.
Who we accept it from
A message counts as the university's when it comes from an address on the university's own domain, or carries a signed document on headed paper. We reply to the address given; if it is not on the university's domain we ask for the letter. Messages from recruitment agents, representatives or "official partners" are read but not treated as the university's, and no agent is named on this site.
Nothing about a university is changed for payment, and nothing is sponsored inside the data. If sponsored placements are ever added, they are labelled, kept apart from the figures, and cannot touch a negative status. The full rule is on the methodology page.
What happens next
- We check the evidence against the primary source: the register, the ministry document, your website.
- If it holds, the data changes and the page shows the new figure with its source and date.
- The outcome is posted in the changelog with the date, whether or not the data changed. A negative result stays on the page with its document; it is not removed.
- If a reader has asked a question only your office can answer, we may put the question to the office in writing. The reader is never named. A written reply is published under the question, labelled as the university's statement, with the office that gave it and the date.
Every school is also rechecked at least every 90 days; each page shows its last verified date and the date of the next check.

What we will not do
- Remove a failed or expired result; it stays with its document.
- Publish reviews, rankings or testimonials.
- Name owners, founders or agents, or carry an agent's price.
- Take an application or pass a reader's details to anyone.
