Cloudflare Pages headers file: the preview address (*.pages.dev) sends a noindex, nofollow, noarchive header on every page, so the site can be shown privately before its domain goes live; a custom domain is not affected.

Timeline: the 7 September 2026 licence suspension, the decision that closed 13 universities, is marked in red with a "Key decision of 2026" flag, and the June 2027 reassessment is outlined in a dashed blue box; the two fact cards above carry the same colours and the legend explains both. Four languages.
-
سائٹ
University pages, "Working abroad later": each of the five gates now links straight to the register that shows it for that university: the World Directory entry (its Sponsor Notes tab carries the ECFMG and Canada notes), the IAAR, AAEPO or EQAR record from the university's sources, and the university website for the teaching language. A university with no World Directory entry links to the directory search, one with no agency record to the IAAR register and the AAEPO list. Shown on the English and translated pages.
-
سائٹ
Common questions, on the home page and on every page that uses the shared block: questions are now bold with a rule between items (the shared block had missed the site's question styling), and each answer ends with a link to the page that goes deeper. The home page asks five questions: how many are accredited, whether a one-year university can take new students (yes, with the Embassy of India's two notices), what the course costs, where the degree is valid, and how to check a university yourself. Four languages.
-
سائٹ
Home page: the year in the heading no longer breaks across lines (a word joiner after the hyphen); the line above the heading reads "Independent directory · no agent, no commission" and the duplicate chip under the hero is gone; the search is labelled "Find a university by name" and now filters the list in place without reloading; the map of cities moved below the list, so the first university card comes sooner; a "Common questions about medical universities in Kyrgyzstan" block with four answers and structured data sits under the map. Four languages.
-
سائٹ
Home page heading and title now carry the admission year: "Medical universities in Kyrgyzstan 2026-27: state accreditation, fees and contacts", title "Kyrgyzstan medical universities 2026-27: accreditation, fees". Four languages.
-
سائٹ
Home page hero: the opening is now two sentences, the first a plain instruction ("Check a medical university in Kyrgyzstan before you pay anyone"), the second naming the MBBS course cost and that the directory is independent and takes no commission; the panel is headed "Which medical universities in Kyrgyzstan can admit new students in 2026-27"; the search box is labelled "Search the 34 medical universities in Kyrgyzstan". English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian (Russian says "обучение", not MBBS).
-
سائٹ
The whole site is now available in Hindi, Urdu and Russian, not only the home page, the status pages and the seven schools that can enrol. All 34 school pages, the four city pages, the guides for students from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, the cost, FMGE, disadvantages, valid-abroad, USMLE, admission, failed-school, student-safety and country comparison guides, the compare pages, the table view, methodology, about, changelog, the page for universities and the not-found page each have a twin at /hi/, /ur/ and /ru/, listed in the sitemap with language links. Links on a translated page stay in that language; school names, numbers, dates, source labels, the transfer orders and the published questions and answers stay in English. Every translated page carries the note that the translation is under review until a native speaker has read it.
-
سائٹ
Home page hero rebuilt around its purpose. The opening line now says what the site is for: check a medical university in Kyrgyzstan before you pay anyone, its 2026 accreditation result, real fees, admissions contact and whether your country accepts the degree. A search box ("Find a university") sits under it and opens the list filtered to the name typed. The panel on the right no longer shows bars: it names the 7 universities with full accreditation and the 7 on a one-year term, each linked, and gives the counts that failed or did not apply. English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
Home page: the opening sentence says "7 medical universities hold full accreditation" without "of the 34", and the panel rows show the plain count; the panel heading still says all 34 are counted. Four languages.
-
سائٹ
Home page button now reads "See the 7 universities with full accreditation" instead of "See the 7 with full accreditation". Four languages.
-
سائٹ
Home page: the panel is headed "All 34 medical universities by state accreditation result" and the line above the heading says "all 34 medical universities in Kyrgyzstan"; "institutions" read as vague. English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
Keyword pass over the main pages: the home page opening now reads as two short sentences and its results heading says "14 of 34 medical universities in Kyrgyzstan"; city pages are headed "Medical universities in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan" (and Osh, Jalal-Abad, Kant); the guides' question sections are headed "Common questions about …" their subject; school pages head their quick answers with the name people search ("Quick answers about Kyrgyzstan State Medical University"); and the valid-abroad, cost, disadvantages and India pages say MBBS once in their opening line, as their searches do.
-
سائٹ
Search and speed pass: university logos on cards and school pages are now served as small AVIF and WebP files (337 KB for all variants instead of 1.4 MB of originals), the opening sentence of the home page names the medical universities it counts, the Hindi, Urdu and Russian school page titles carry the city and "fees and results" where they fit, the comparison page titles name Kyrgyzstan and the FMGE counts, and the translated home pages gained breadcrumb structured data.
-
سائٹ
Web interface guidelines review before launch, fixes: the green, amber and grey dots in the country rules now carry a spoken meaning for screen readers; the keyboard focus ring no longer changes an element's shape; the compare bar keeps clear of the phone home indicator; on the Urdu pages the card padding, fee table spacing and timeline chevrons mirror correctly; the two groups in the home-page panel are separate lists; form fields on the universities page get the right keyboard; a non-breaking space keeps USD with its number; translated pages get a scrollable accreditation table.
-
سائٹ
Pre-launch audit of the built site (113 pages): every page has a unique title under 60 characters and a description under 160, one H1, no skipped heading levels, alt text on every image, a self-referencing canonical address and social sharing tags; every internal link resolves. Fixed: the correction form on the universities page pushed a phone screen sideways (a long university name in the select), and 17 translated page descriptions were too short to be useful in search results.
-
سائٹ
The data file published at /data/schools.json is now built from the site data with the editor-only fields removed and the same owner and founder scrub as the pages; until now it was a raw copy. The checker refuses a build in which those fields or words appear in the file.

The World Directory of Medical Schools was searched again by country on 15 October 2026 and lists 32 Kyrgyz schools. Eleven that this site had as "not found" are listed: University of South Asia (F0008613, ECFMG note for graduation years 2025 to current, Canada note), ADAM University (F0005087, ECFMG note 2021 to current, Canada note), Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University (F0000579, ECFMG note 2001 to current, Canada note), and, listed without an ECFMG or Canada note, BIMI, Issyk-Kul State University, Kyrgyz International University NRZ, the Kyrgyz Medical and Dental Institute, the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University, Kyrgyz National University and Naryn State University. The Directory lists the medical institute of MUNiB as not currently operational, closed in 2018. Three schools remain unlisted: Manas, Batken State University and Zamanbap. The USMLE route and the Pakistan rule on the affected pages changed accordingly. کالج: University of South Asia, ADAM University, Kyrgyz-Uzbek International University, BIMI, MUNiB, Issyk-Kul State University, Kyrgyz International University NRZ, KMSI, Kyrgyz National Agrarian University, Kyrgyz National University, Naryn State University.

The accredited status page and the country guides no longer describe the seven six-year and exempt schools as the only ones that can enrol. The page is now "Medical schools in Kyrgyzstan with full state accreditation", its introduction says that seven more can take new students on a one-year term reassessed in 2027, and the guides head their first list "Schools with full accreditation". English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
Correction across today's additions: schools accredited for one year can take new students. The home hero now says "7 hold full accreditation, and 7 more can take new students on a one-year term reassessed in 2027" with the button "See the 7 with full accreditation"; the quick answers on one-year school pages no longer say the school cannot take new students; the USMLE list splits the 18 schools with an ECFMG note into full accreditation (6), one-year term (3) and cannot take new students (9); the accreditation guide counts 14 of 34 as able to take new students; the AI summary says the same. English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
Home page hero: two links under the opening sentence, "See the 7 that can take new students" and "How every figure is checked"; the heading one size smaller so the band is shorter; the opening sentence keeps the answer and drops the breakdown the panel already shows; each panel row ends in a chevron so it reads as a link. English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
Home page hero, after a design review: the panel is now headed "All 34 institutions by state accreditation result", its rows sit in two groups, can and cannot take new students, each row reads "7 of 34" in the words of the five-step scale, and the Ministry decision date sits under the panel. The eyebrow now says "Independent directory", the heading is shorter, and the opening sentence gives the answer first: 7 of the 34 hold full accreditation and can take new students, 7 more have a one-year term, 13 failed and 7 did not apply. The trust line and country selector sit in a strip attached to the band, with a "no agent, no commission" link to the methodology. English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
The country you pick in "Where will you practise?" is now remembered per language. The Hindi pages open on India, the Urdu pages on Pakistan and the Russian pages on Kazakhstan, whatever was chosen on the English pages, until you pick another country on that language. The Russian selector now names every country in Russian.
-
سائٹ
Hindi, Urdu and Russian school pages now carry everything the English page has: the documents strip under the status, the Working abroad later block, the questions and answers with the question box, statements from the university, and the see-also links. Where a block is not yet translated it appears in English under a note in the page's language.
-
سائٹ
New page, For universities (/for-universities/): what each school page shows and where the figures come from, what counts as evidence for each field, who we accept it from (an address on the university's own domain or a signed document; never an agent), what happens next, and a form that sends a correction straight to the editor. Every school page links to it next to its sources. The note under the question box now says the question itself may be put to the admissions office in writing, and nothing about the sender goes with it.
-
سائٹ
The question box on school pages now sends the question straight from the page to this site (a Cloudflare function that stores it for the editor; nothing is published until it is added by hand). Cloudflare's invisible bot check and a limit of five questions an hour per address keep spam out; no name or email is asked for. Where the function is not available, the Gmail, Outlook and copy options appear instead. An editor-only page at /review/ lists what has come in.
-
سائٹ
The documents strip: the two sources that are news articles (the Ministry of Health results and Order 912, both via Kaktus.media) now look like the article they open: the publisher's masthead, the real Russian headline, and the label "News article, in Russian", with an English rendering of the headline under the card. The note under the question form on school pages now says plainly that the site is not an agent, has no arrangement with any university, passes nothing on, answers from the documents, and labels any written reply from a university as the university's statement.
-
سائٹ
The documents strip: sources that are web pages rather than PDFs (the Ministry of Health results via Kaktus.media, Order 912) showed a bare document icon that looked like a missing image. They now show a card with the site's name and the label "Web page"; PDF sources keep their rendered first page.
-
سائٹ
The home-country box on school pages now opens on the right country more often. The page uses, in order: your saved choice; the country in the link you came from (links from the India, Pakistan and Bangladesh guides now carry it); your browser language (Urdu opens Pakistan, Hindi India, Bengali Bangladesh, Russian or Kazakh Kazakhstan); and, once the site is served through Cloudflare, the country you are visiting from. A guess is never saved; a click is. When nothing is known, all six boxes show collapsed to their titles, so every country is visible, and opening one chooses it. School addresses do not change; the country rides in a ?for= parameter that search engines ignore.
-
سائٹ
School pages: the notes beside an FMGE line ("small group, not a reliable measure" and "row rebuilt from a text extraction, to be checked against the NBEMS PDF") were squeezed into a flag-icon-sized box by a stylesheet clash and showed as a vertical column of words. They are now an amber tag on their own line, in all four languages.
-
سائٹ
School pages: a country switch now sits directly above the home-country rules box (India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, somewhere else), so a reader who sees only the India box can open the Pakistan box without scrolling back to the top. It is the same control as the selector in the page header and the two stay in sync.
-
سائٹ
Every school page now opens with Quick answers: six questions in the words people type (is it accredited, is it USMLE eligible, is it NMC approved, is it WHO listed, can Pakistani students study there, what does it cost), each answered in a sentence or two from the school's data with the date and the document, in English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian. A new page lists which medical universities in Kyrgyzstan are USMLE eligible (/usmle-eligible-medical-universities-kyrgyzstan/): the 18 with an ECFMG note, the 6 of those that can enrol, and all 34 in one table. A plain-text summary of the site for AI assistants is published at /llms.txt.
-
سائٹ
Accreditation explained is now in Hindi (/hi/accreditation-explained/), Urdu (/ur/accreditation-explained/) and Russian (/ru/accreditation-explained/), and the language switcher on all four versions links between them. The link under the figures on every school card opens the guide in the card's own language instead of the English page. The common-questions heading on translated pages is in that language. Names, dates, counts, school links and source labels stay as in English; each translation carries the under-review note until a native speaker has read it.
-
سائٹ
New guide, Accreditation explained (/accreditation-explained/): state accreditation, IAAR, AAEPO, the World Directory of Medical Schools, the ECFMG note and the Canada note side by side, with who issues each, what it allows, what it does not, and where to check it; plus the three phrases that mean nothing (NMC approved, WHO approved, USMLE accredited). Every school card now has a "See its accreditation" button that opens the accreditation table on the school page, the ECFMG column is labelled "USMLE route" with a word on what was found, and a link to the guide sits under the figures on each card and above the list. The three figures above the home-page timeline were shortened. English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian cards; the guide is in English.
-
سائٹ
The timeline on the home page now says who does the checking: it is headed "Who accredits Kyrgyz medical universities, and what they decided", and its introduction is two sentences naming the Ministry of Health, the accreditation agencies under the Ministry of Education and the regulators in India and Pakistan. The tag legend says the same. English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
Polish pass on the home page and the school pages: on phones the Filters heading is now a real button with an arrow, so the filter groups can be opened by touch or keyboard; the word "Search" no longer shows beside the search box; the fee, accreditation, language and ECFMG figures on each card line up across the columns; keyboard focus is visible on the blue hero; the status box states the result once instead of three times (English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian); schools without a photo show their logo instead of an empty banner; notes under fact lists have room to breathe.
-
سائٹ
Copy pass (humanizer): the home page, the status explanations and the site description were read against the writing rules and found plain; one line addressed to parents ("your child can enrol here") now addresses the reader like the rest of the site, in English, Hindi and Urdu.
-
سائٹ
Web interface guidelines pass: the home page filters and sort now live in the address, so a filtered list can be shared or reopened; the school count announces itself to screen readers when filters change; the campus photo on school pages loads first instead of lazily; logos declare their size so nothing jumps; the search box stops spell-checking; tap delay removed on controls; the light colour scheme is declared for browser controls; paragraphs wrap without orphans; safe-area padding on notched phones.
-
سائٹ
Polish pass (impeccable): small grey labels, counts and credits darkened to meet the 4.5:1 contrast floor; long paragraphs capped at about 72 characters a line for reading; the plus and minus text marks on the timeline and the Working abroad block replaced by drawn chevrons that turn; text selection, caret and the scrollbars of scrolling tables now take the site's colours.
-
سائٹ
Clarity pass on school pages: the results ladder is labelled and explained, the small map has a caption, the recognition block is titled International accreditation with a sentence on what it is and its notes shown as notes rather than table rows, the country boxes carry a legend for the coloured dots, and two headings say what they hold (FMGE results for this school, as counts; What happened after the 2026 decision). Wide tables now scroll sideways on phones instead of being cut off.
-
سائٹ
Timeline made self-explanatory: a purpose-led heading and intro (no check had ever closed a school before May 2026), three fact cards led by a figure (0 closed before 2026; 13 of 34 closed; next decision June 2027), a legend for the four tags, and a one-line consequence under every event, in English, Hindi, Urdu and Russian.
-
سائٹ
Every price in som, tenge, lari or taka now carries its USD equivalent beside it, and exchange rates were refreshed to 15 October 2026 from the National Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kazakhstan and Georgia and an open mid-market feed (1 USD = 87.45 KGS, 450.6 KZT, 95.3 INR, 276.9 PKR, 123.5 BDT). A link-check script was added for the quarterly review.
-
سائٹ
Bangladesh rules added to the Bangladesh hub, the home-page selector, every school page's country box and the valid-abroad table: the BM&DC Act 2010 lists Kyrgyzstan (all universities) in its Second Schedule; section 12 requires the Registration Qualifying Examination and a provisional registration for an internship, section 18 full registration after it; the RQE sits in April and October (April 2026 held, October 2026 announced), 115 of 418 passed in May 2025; the pre-departure Eligibility Certificate and the 40-mark admission-test rule. The Council's site is behind a bot check, so its notices were read only in part; the entry says so and names the press reports used.

Georgia vs Kyrgyzstan page: FMGE counts by Georgian institution for 2024, June 2025 and December 2025, transcribed from the NBEMS institution-wise reports (24 rows as NBEMS lists them, each session summing to the country total). Counts only, alphabetical, small groups marked; the same table layout now serves the Kazakhstan page.
-
سائٹ
Link check across the whole site (337 external addresses): the Pakistan Medical Commission minutes of 10 November 2020 now link to the PMDC copy, since pmc.gov.pk no longer serves them; KRSU's website link points to its Institute of Clinical Medicine and Biomedical Technologies, which replaced the medical faculty on 1 September 2026; the German recognition portal and ENIC-Kazakhstan links updated to their current pages; a dead Moroccan jobs-blog source removed; Kazakh price-list links percent-encoded. University sites that did not answer (Batken State, Naryn State, Marat Ospanov, IUMS) are unchanged and noted.
-
سائٹ
Review of the Georgia comparison, admission-system and failed-accreditation pages: the NMC regulations link now points to the gazette PDF on the regulator's new site (the old page returns 404); the failed-accreditation guide notes that Order No. 1074 sent BIMI 5-year students to KSMA, which Order 912 had reserved for Kyrgyz citizens; one sweeping sentence about agent websites softened; the currency line under the country selector no longer shows the internal rate note.

Kazakhstan vs Kyrgyzstan page: official tuition by institution for the 13 schools on the Embassy of India's licence list, read from each university's own price list or board decision: KazNMU 3,000,000 tenge (USD 6,660) (2026-27), Astana 3,000,000 English stream (2026-27), Karaganda USD 4,675 (2026-27), Semey 2,040,000 (2025-26), Kozybayev 1,320,000 (2025-26); KazNU, Kokshetau and KRMU publish lists without a foreigners' column; four schools publish no figure and one site was unreachable. Rows say plainly what was found.
